John A. Bobango
Mr. Bobango's practice concentrates in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities, venture capital, private equity, health care, real estate, taxation and government relations. Mr. Bobango has significant experience with a variety of financing structures, including private securities offering (both debt and equity transactions) and secondary mortgage markets. Mr. Bobango served on the Memphis City Council from 1996 to 2000 and formerly served as chairman of the Joint City and Shelby County Community Redevelopment Agency. He currently serves as President of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. Mr. Bobango is a member of the Memphis, Arkansas, Tennessee and American Bar Associations and the Florida Bar. He has been a frequent lecturer on securities, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital related issues.
