Mr. Beutelschies' practice concentrates in the areas of corporate, mergers and acquisitions, economic development, real estate, finance, environmental and business litigation. He obtained his Bachelor of Science of Business Administration degree from the University of Arkansas and his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University School of Law. Mr. Beutelschies is licensed to practice in Tennessee and Arkansas. Mr. Beutelschies is a member of the board of directors of Meritas, an international affiliation of law firms in 200 markets in the United States and worldwide.  Additionally, he served as an Assistant Shelby County Attorney from 1997 to 2013. He is a member of the Memphis, Arkansas, Tennessee and American Bar Associations.
