We represent a variety of clients that have interests concerning all areas of construction.  Our clients include general contractors, construction managers, developers, subcontractors and suppliers.  Some typical construction problems encountered are contract development, bidding procedures and protests, withheld payments, lien claims, defective work, defective design, delay claims and claims for additional work and labor disputes.  One of the Firm's members is general counsel to the Associated Builders and Contractors of West Tennessee and a member of its board of directors.
